WELCOME TO PALO ALTO

 We are a group of dedicated shooters and sportsman of all levels in the southern Louisiana area.

Our club is located on a 50 acre tract of land on the West bank of the Mississippi River in Ascension Parish just N W of Donaldsonville.

The range consist of a 15 point 30 meter pistol range and small bore rifle range, a 20 point multi-purpose 100 meter rifle range and a 600 yard rifle range complete with elevating targets and target pits. All ranges have covered firing points and shooting tables and the 600 yard range has firing positions and a shooting table at 200, 300, 500, and 600 yards.

Range Condition Update
12-31: The range is open. The 100 and the 25 are good to go. The 600 has water in the pits and the targets are marginal because they were soaked in 2 feet of flood water. If you are shooting on the 600, bring boots for the pits. There are plans to fix everything on January 16, 2010.

The ARG (American Rimfire Group) will have matches at range on May 17, Jun 21, Jul 19, Aug. 16, Sep 20. This is a. .22 rimfire brenchrest match shot at the 100 yard range. Anyone interested can contact Don Geraci 985-878-6113 or Andra Granier 504-495-2322.
